A major meeting of maintenance professionals will convene in Italy from 16-18 September, 2023.

Palacongressi di Rimini, part of the Italian Exhibition Group, supported the winning bid presented by the Italian Maintenance Association (IMA). The IMA is a member of the EFNMS-European Federation of National Maintenance Societies, based in Brussels.

The EuroMaintenance conference has been held in Europe since 1972, most recently in Rotterdam in April 2023. Themes of the 2024 conference will include safety, transport, sustainability, service, training, distribution and infrastructure.

“It will be an opportunity to come together and share knowledge that will allow us to reaffirm the importance of maintenance in asset management and in society in general,” said Bruno Sasso, president of the A Italian Maintenance Association. “It is a crowning achievement for our association at a European level.”

Cristian Son, general manager of Euromaintenance24 and Italian Maintenance Association external relations manager, said the conference will bring together key players in maintenance, from both Italy and the rest of Europe. "The finest skills and excellent maintenance at European level will be showcased in Rimini in a single event which will include, among other initiatives, the presentation of the European Maintenance Awards.”
