AIM Group International and Fandango Club have announced a strategic partnership aimed at offering integrated event services that combine logistical expertise with creative design.

The collaboration brings together two established players in the Italian and international events industry, formalising a long-standing relationship through more structured cooperation models.

The partnership is designed to meet the growing demand for multidimensional, cross-sector event solutions, especially from international clients looking to activate in the Italian market.

While AIM Group is recognised for its capabilities in strategic planning, venue sourcing, compliance, and institutional engagement, Fandango Club contributes with its strengths in experiential design, audience engagement, and original format creation.

“Our expertise in logistics and operations, combined with Fandango Club’s creative and community-focused approach, enables us to offer a comprehensive solution for events of all types,” said Gianluca Scavo, CEO of AIM Group International.

“Clients now have access to a single, coordinated team that can manage both the strategic and creative dimensions of their events.”

Based in Milan, Fandango Club has built a reputation for producing high-impact branded experiences and large-scale consumer events. Its headquarters, the Campus, functions as both a content production hub and office space for media and creative companies.

President Marco Moretti said the companies’ differences were what made the partnership work.

“We have distinct but complementary backgrounds. By working together, we can provide event solutions that are both structurally sound and creatively ambitious,” he said.

While both companies will maintain operational independence, they will jointly deliver projects that benefit from their combined expertise. This includes end-to-end event delivery — from strategic consulting and compliance to content design and audience experience — as well as expanded capabilities in hybrid and digital formats.
