Registration has opened for the Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance’s (ECA) 2023 Legislative Action Day, which returns to Capitol Hill in Washington, DC in June.

The event will see leaders and advocates from across the face-to-face business events industry heading to Capitol Hill to meet with their members of Congress.

There they will spell out the ECA’s policy priorities and the vital role the industry plays in economic growth, job creation, and empowering small businesses across the country.

“The advocacy work of the business events industry has never been more important,” said David DuBois, co-president of ECA. “That’s why I can’t wait to see our community back together on Capitol Hill to meet with the policymakers on the policy issues that matter to our advancement.”

This year’s one-day programme combines meetings on Capitol Hill with a policy briefing kick-off breakfast, a post-event reception, and plenty of opportunities for peer-to-peer networking.

ECA’s 2023 Legislative Action Day will be held in conjunction with the Lippman Connects Exhibition and Convention Executives Forum (ECEF), which will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. ECEF is a one-day information-sharing and networking event for leaders at associations and independent organizers.

The event takes place on Thursday, June 1, 2023, Register at ECALegislativeActionDay.com.

The Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance (ECA) is a coalition of ten professional, industry, and trade associations dedicated to the advancement of the face-to-face business events industry. To learn more about ECA and its efforts, please visit www.exhibitionsconferencesalliance.org
