Large Conference Room

Large Conference Room

More than just a state-of-the-art meetings space, the ICC sits at the heart of a revitalised cultural hub. Delegates will be able to meet, dine, stay and be entertained, all without leaving the Olympia site.

For almost 140 years, Olympia has hosted remarkable exhibitions and live events. Its new chapter blends this heritage with future-proof facilities, creating a modern hub for conferences, AGMs, exhibitions, awards and beyond.

Versatile spaces for every format

Flexible and multifunctional by design, the ICC is a future-ready venue that adapts to almost any event format. From large-scale conferences, AGMs and immersive experiences to intimate launches or awards ceremonies, the ICC’s design puts adaptability first. The main auditorium seats 800 plus and another accommodates 400. Seven breakout rooms, a business lounge and 3,000 sqm of flexible event space mean organisers can scale events up or down with ease.

Central Hall within the ICC provides an open-plan layout that acts as a true blank canvas, capable of becoming an immersive activation space, a gala dinner setting or a multi-format showcase. Meanwhile, premium standalone rooms on Levels 2 and 2M are ideal for workshops, strategy sessions or board-level meetings. Whatever the format, spaces can transform seamlessly to meet the organiser’s vision.

Powered by innovation

Step into a space that is designed to bring your vision to life. Built-in AV, plug-and-play technology and customisable LED lighting allow teams to deliver smooth production and dynamic brand storytelling without added complexity.

The ICC in numbers:

  • 2 theatre-style auditoriums (400-800+ capacity)
  • 7 breakout and seminar rooms
  • 1 business lounge
  • 3,000 sqm flexible space
  • 2 on-site hotels
  • 1 private hire bar/restaurant

Driven by sustainability

Olympia was among the first UK venues to sign the Net Zero Carbon Events Pledge in 2021. Its staff-led initiative, The Grand Plan, drives sustainability across the venue, local community and environment, with achievements including 13 years of zero waste to landfill and more than 98 per cent recycling rates. Every organiser benefits from a post-event sustainability report, tracking energy, water, waste, carbon and even logistics data - providing actionable insights to help deliver cleaner and greener events year after year.

More than a venue

The ICC is more than a convention centre, it’s a destination. On-site dining includes The Addison members’ club, perfect for evening networking or private dinners, with more than 30 food and drink concepts across the estate for further experiences beyond the main event. International visitors will also benefit from two new on-site hotels, citizenM and Hyatt Regency, with a combined 350 rooms.

Easy access

Located where Kensington meets Hammersmith, Olympia is directly connected to Kensington (Olympia) station with further Underground, Overground and National Rail services within walking distance, plus Heathrow just 30 minutes away.

The ICC has its own entrance/exit on Hammersmith Road, providing a smooth arrival experience with accessibility at its heart. The guest reception provides fully bespoke digital screens and lighting capabilities to amplify your event experience.
