Guy Bigwood, chief changemaker, GDS Movement, spoke to The Iceberg at this year's ICCA Congress in Cartagena about why meetings and event planners need to swap talk of sustainability in favour of regeneration. This week the Joint Meetings Industry Council (JMIC) will unveil its Net Zero Pledge to reduce carbon emissions at the UN Conference on Climate Change (COP26) in Glasgow, Scotland. Northstar Travel Group, publishes of AMI, are signatories to this pledge.
