Belgian management and consultancy firm Exempla andMeet4Impact, based in
Montreal, Canada, have formed a strategic partnership with the aim of ‘enhancing
the impact of mission-driven international associations.’
The collaboration
will see teams from both businesses collaborate on joint projects, pooling
their experience in their respective areas of expertise to support strategic
development initiatives designed to help associations advance their missions.
Geneviève
Leclerc, co-founder and CEO at Meet4Impact, which uses impact methodology to
develop the role of associations and business events as catalysers of
socio-economic development for communities, said the partnership would help
both companies work ‘more holistically with associations’.
She said: “By
combining our methodology with Exempla’s 360° view on association strategy,
business models and engaging member communities, we’ll help associations move
forward more confidently and effectively with their impact strategies and
ultimately generate more societal benefit.”
“Meet4Impact’s
methodology is a perfect complement to our approach to association strategy,”
added Colm Clarke, partner, consultancy at Exempla.
“We see
this as a way to extend the value of strategic planning and event design, with
an increased focus on purpose, new means to engage stakeholders, and added
impetus to volunteer engagement.”
