Convening EMEA announces Noreena Hertz as keynote speaker

Convening EMEA has named economist and author Noreena Hertz as its keynote speaker for this year’s conference.

Hertz, an Honorary Professor at University College London, is known for her work on global economic and societal trends. She has advised major corporations, including Citigroup, Mattel, and Warner Music Group, and has spoken at events such as the World Economic Foru.

Author of five books, including The Lonely Century, Hertz will address key challenges in the business events sector, including post-millennial strategies, business transformation, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.

The conference, aimed at industry leaders, will focus on navigating changes shaping the future of global events.

Convening EMEA, part of the PCMA portfolio, is taking place in in Rotterdam from 14-16 October, 2025.
