London, Dubai, Singapore, Orlando and Cancun have been named
Cvent’s top meeting destinations of 2025.
The locations each retained top spot on the list of 10
destinations in their respective regions – Europe, the Middle East, Asia
Pacific, North America and Latin America.
While there was some movement further down the list in all
regions, the top three positions largely remained the same, except for North
America where Nashville rose up to third spot and Latin America where Nassau
leapt three positions to number three.
Cvent’s annual rankings for meeting destinations, meeting
hotels and venues were revealed at IMEX Frankfurt.
The rankings were determined from insights gleaned from more
than $20 billion of global sourcing and RFP activity through Cvent’s sourcing
platforms in 2025.
Cvent said the record sourcing activity seen in 2025 proved
organisations were prioritising face-to-face engagement 'in an increasingly
digital-first' landscape.
It said 70% of event professionals predicted an increase in
in-person events this year, with planners placing selective, higher‑impact bets
on destinations, venues and suppliers that can deliver both memorable moments
and measurable return.
