Association leaders and policy makers will gather in India for a two-day conference that will address AI, governance, advocacy, and the evolving needs of India's workforce.

More than 300 delegates are expected at the 12th edition of the India Association Congress (IAC), taking place at the Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, in Jaipur,  August 29-30.

Organised by CIMGlobal, the event's theme is “Rooted in Purpose, Aiming for Impact.”

Programme highlights include: “Geopolitical Shifts & Economic Resilience,” “Digital Transformation: AI, Cybersecurity and Ethical Tech Governance,” and “Future of India’s Workforce: Youth, Skills and the Gig Economy.”

“This is not just a talk shop,” said IAC chairman Prasant Saha. “We equip association leaders with the tools to create measurable change. Each year, we raise the bar—and 2025 will be no different.”

The Association Excellence Awards is taking place again, celebrating standout achievements in India’s professional and trade association landscape, while this year also marks the first Association Partner Awards, spotlighting collaborations between associations and their suppliers.

The event will be inaugurated by Srimati Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, underscoring its regional significance.
