International conferences are returning
to Malaysia.
The country’s convention and exhibition bureau MyCEB
has successfully bid to host the Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implants
and Related Sciences in 2025.
More than 800 delegates are expected
at the event, which will be hosted by co-bidders the Malaysian Society of
Otorhinolaryngologists Head and Neck Surgeons.

Narayanan, incoming president of the Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear
Implants and Related Sciences in 2025, said “Malaysia being awarded to host the
Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implants and Related Sciences in 2025 is an
important global recognition of our work in this field.
“This is among one of the most
prestigious and biggest cochlear implants conferences in the world, set to
gather the prominent global experts for a dynamic forum, promoting productive
clinical debates within various aspects of hearing, speech, and related balance
disorders. Setting the theme of Hearing for All, we aim to improve impaired
person’s quality of everyday life on hearing, speech and balance disorders.”
